Pineapple beef

Pineapple beef recipe is an combo of pineapple and beef !! This dish make a colorful presentation when I serve it to relatives and friends.Hope you will like it.

Ingredients for Pineapple beef:

Beef 200g
Pineapple slice 200g
1 egg
Shallot Section
2 teaspoons (10g) Chili sauce
1 / 2 tsp (3ml) Rice wine
1 tsp (5ml) Soy sauce
1 / 2 teaspoon (3g) Salt
1 teaspoon (5g) Starch
1 tablespoon (15ml) Oil
1 / 2 teaspoon (3g) Sugar
1 / 2 teaspoon (3g) Meat tender powder

Steps to cook Pineapple beef:

1, Cut pineapple into 1cm thick slices and put it into salt water to soak for about 10 minutes.And then take out and drain water.

2, Cut the beef  into 5mm thick slices and then marinate it with egg white, rice wine, soy sauce, white sugar, meat tender powder and starch for about 15 minutes.

3, In a wok, pour oil and heat up. When oil is ready, add beef slices to continue fry till it is cooked, picked up and drain oil.

4, Heat up the pot again, add shallot into stir-fried until fragrant, add pineapple slices and beef pieces, add salt and chilie sauce to stir well.

5,serve.
